Maurice Nathaniel Ellis

Maurice N. Ellis was born in Anchorage, Alaska in 1967. Mr. Ellis is truly a product of Anchorage, Alaska having attended Northwood Elementary (1972-1978), Willowcrest Elementary (1978-1979), Romig Middle School (1979-1981), and West Anchorage High School (1981-1985). After high school, Mr. Ellis attended undergraduate school at Saint John’s University in Collegeville, Minnesota. After graduating from Saint John’s University in 1989 with an undergraduate Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science, Mr. Ellis went on to attend the University of Washington School of Law in Seattle, Washington where he graduated with a Juris Doctorate degree in 1993. After law school, Mr. Ellis and his family promptly returned to the State of Alaska where Mr. Ellis took and passed the Alaska Bar Exam and Alaska Professional Responsibility exam during his first sitting. In 1995, Mr. Ellis opened his first solo law office and has been practicing family law in Anchorage ever since.
